My name is Corey Williams and I am the owner/inspector here at 816 Inspections, LLC. I started this company in February of 2023 to help provide a simple, straightforward option for home buyers in the Kansas City area. At the time, I had been doing inspections in the area for around 10 years. I have developed some great relationships with several local realtors and others in the real estate industry.
In my free time, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our adult children and grandkids. We also enjoy hanging out with our 3 dogs and spending some time on the lake catching some fish. I am also an avid waterfowl hunter, spending my fall and winter free time chasing ducks and geese around the country.
